A Reformer is a piece of equipment that resembles a spring bed that slides on rails. It is used to work virtually every muscle in the body while standing, sitting or lying down. The name Reformer comes from the fact that it is a piece of equipment that, according to Joseph Pilates, “reforms” the entire body.

A Cadillac is a piece of equipment that also resembles a bed, but the platform is fixed. It has springs, bars and handles that allow for a wide range of suspension and even acrobatic movements.
