The products have warranty?

Can I return the product I bought?

The products purchased from Main Pulse have support?

Yes. Do not worry! Main Pulse has its own technical team that monitors the products it sells whenever necessary.

Are the shipping costs included in the value of the products?

Depending on the geographic area, the weight of the products and the value of the order, shipping costs may be free.

Do you provide support for all equipment?

We only provide assistance to equipment we sell, or to customers who maintain an active preventive maintenance plan. To learn more about maintenance plans, please contact us.

What products are covered by the Main Pulse Experience?

Indeed, some products may be tested at customer facilities, but not all. Contact us to find out if the product you want is included in the Main Pulse Experience.

I have doubts about choosing my new equipment. Can I get help?

Yes, of course. At Main Pulse you will find a team ready to clarify and advise you on the best equipment and, above all, the most suitable for you.

Is the consulting service only for professionals?

We have specialized consultancy for professionals in the areas of fitness and wellness, always supporting them in all aspects. However, the consultancy is also available for non-professional (private) clients who wish to set up a Home Gym.

I need to change my equipment location. Does Main Pulse have this service?

Yes. Main Pulse provides its customers with the service of transporting equipment, as well as dismantling the equipment and assembling it in a new location. Contact us.
